Quotes and scope

Quotes depend on information supplied by the customer and may change if property size, condition, access or requested work differs materially. The service scope, timing and price should be confirmed before work begins.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful access, accurate property information, securing valuables and sensitive items, identifying delicate surfaces, disclosing hazards and managing pets.

Limitations

Hazardous materials, pest waste, biohazards, unsafe heights, restoration work and other specialized tasks are outside ordinary cleaning unless expressly agreed in writing.

Scheduling

Arrival and completion times may be affected by NYC traffic, building access and property conditions. Cancellation and rescheduling terms should be confirmed at booking.

Intellectual property

Site text, design and brand assets may not be republished for commercial use without permission.
